  • Designed and implemented MS SUS and active workstation patch-management standards and procedures.
  • Designed overall enterprise for the North American communications infrastructure serving more than 4000 employees in a 35+ Nortel Enterprise PABX environment.
  • Developed and managed enterprise facility integration for the Core Network Infrastructure Team of architects and engineers through mergers and acquisitions.

  • Created and maintained standards for IP Trunk configuration across the Cisco IP Network utilizing BGP, packet prioritization, and G.729AB codec configuration.
  • Designed and deployed Call Pilot servers, (4), within the RedHat Linux Enterprise Virtual Machine, (VMWare).
  • Setup and tested remote PBX in a lab environment prior to deployment.
  • On-site project lead during cutover of remote locations.
  • Hands-on turn-up, testing and sign-off of local carrier provided service(s).
